All Hail to the Queen! Valeska is 50!

Congratz to Valeska for dinging 50 on March 18 at 9:51 pst! Valeska is our lovely controller who was the second new member to join Hi-Guard. Soon after that, she invited Exeter X1 to our supergroup. When the time came, Exeter and Valeska's alt, Domina Maxima formed their own supergroup: Iupian Imperium Legio Ferrata. They have a growing membership with some members who are either couples or family members that play City of Heroes/City of Villians.
